THE POSTURE PACK BACK PACK

The Posture Pack Back Pack was designed by Dr. Terry Shroeder, an olympic athlete and chiropractor. Dr. Shroeder created the pack to eliminate the strain felt in the shoulders, lower back,
and neck. The comfortable cushioning in the pack rests along the spine and the custom shaped straps
with generous padded-feel rest comfortably on the shoulders. A waist belt strap reduces the weight
on the shoulders and resources some of the weight to the hips. This eliminates much of the stress
on the back.

Self-Healing Note:

Typically a back pack should not contain more than 10-12% of the users weight when carried. Many small
children are carrying back packs that are excessively heavy and causing great strain on the spine. It
is estimated that over 7,000 children visit an emergency room every year because of a strain injury
related to carrying a heavy back pack. Using the Posture Pack will provide natural self-healing care
for this unfortunate phenomenon.
